Saw paint starting to bubble and realized water was trapped behind the wall. These guys opened it up carefully and dried everything out. I’m glad I did not wait because they prevented bigger water damage.

Water got under my laminate floors and I thought they were done for. They worked on drying everything and checked the moisture levels until it was safe. I appreciated how they treated my place with respect.

The crew took care of the water cleanup and made sure nothing was left damp. It was nice dealing with people who actually listen.

I had a great experience working with modern restoration. I would definetly recommend using them to friends and family. And I would use them again in the future if I needed them.
